How Does Ordering Work?
All items are made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days after payment verification for production. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Can I Return or Exchange My Order?
Since every product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please double-check sizing and personalization details before placing your order.
If there's an issue with your order (wrong or damaged item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
We begin processing your order as soon as it's placed, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to make an adjustment, please contact us ASAP and we'll do our best to help.
What If My Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make sure to send a replacement if there's a mistake on our end.
